Description
Callie, a resident New Yorker, is asked to help Sara, a midwestern elementary school teacher, adjust to the city. When they meet, the two quickly become inseparable. Their friendship turns to romance that neither knows how to navigate. When their first kiss provokes a violent attack, their worlds are turned upside down. Told out of sequence, we witness the blossoming relationship between these two women before and after the attack, and how Callie is psychologically affected by the event.
